What new projects are in store for Claire Sinclair in the upcoming year?

This year I’ll be doing a lot of events to promote the new line “Beach Bash” which features adorable 1950s style beachwear . The designer of all the Bettie Page clothing, Tatyana, is also currently working on the “Elvgren” line soon to be released. Tatyana’s designs for this line will be taken directly from the outfits featured on some of Gil Elvgren’s famous 1940s and 1950s PInups. I’ll also be guest starring in Crazy Horse Paris at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas again in April! I couldn’t be more happy about that. Also I’m currently filming this season’s Holly’s World on E!

How did you first decide to pursue modeling? Although you are only 19 years old, was this always a passion of yours?

There wasn’t a time in my life where I didn’t want to model. I tried to get signed with an agency when I was 14 to no avail. There was a 5’10 height requirement for most of them. I noticed the websites that a couple of the agents were using to book girls on jobs while I was in meeting with them, and when they declined taking me on, I went home, got on those websites and started acting as my own agent. My mom started helping too and would submit me for tons of stuff. By 15 I was working all the time. I became enthralled with the classic pinup image, and started to realize that I could emulate them with the right hair and makeup. I landed almost every go see/ audition that had to do with anything vintage. I found my niche.

Simoncelli dead after Malaysian MotoGP crash

Italian rider Marco Simoncelli has died after a horrific crash at the Malaysian MotoGP in Sepang. The race was stopped on lap two when Simoncelli's bike veered across the track at turn 11 into the path of Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi.

The 24-year-old had his helmet knocked off and was hit by both other riders. American rider Edwards also fell and dislocated his shoulder - while Simoncelli's fellow Italian Rossi was able to return to the pits.

Simoncelli lay motionless on the track after the impact, while the race was immediately red-flagged.

Medical director Michele Macchiagodena said Simoncelli suffered a "very serious trauma to the head, to the neck and the chest".

The show is executive produced by Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson, Rob Weiss and Julian Farino, the crew who created the highly successful HBO series “Entourage.”

“Made in America” is supposed to be and “Entourage”-like show set in New York’s glitzy fashion industry. But after its debut season last year, it received mixed reviews from critics.

Lindsay Lohan's father thinks she is smoking methamphetamine or crack cocaine.

Lindsay Lohan, the troubled actress - whose probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court yesterday (19.10.11) - was pictured last week with badly stained and damaged teeth and her dad Michael believes the damage stems from her smoking the illegal substances.

He told 'Issues' host Jane Velez-Mitchell: "That's from smoking a pipe with meth or crack. She's smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I'm not going to shade it.

"If you're talking about prescription medication it would affect all your teeth, not just your two front teeth. You can't dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus."

Michael - who has a strained relationship with the actress and her mother Dina - has called for the court to force Lindsay to be tested for drugs and wants a sober coach appointed to ensure she stays on the right path.

Referring to yesterday's court hearing in Los Angeles at which Lindsay was cuffed and taken into custody after her probation was revoked, he told HollywoodLife.com: "I hate seeing my daughter in cuffs. She belongs in rehab! Why don't they institute drug testing? Get drug testing involved! Keep her straight! Make sure she's in an outpatient programme.

"They need to put a sober coach with her! A no nonsense sober coach! I'm sick of this, when she wants to be honest with herself and live up to her responsibility she'll turn her life around. But she has learned too much of the opposite from her mother."

The showbiz patriarch also wants all negative influences to be made to stay away from his daughter - who has been released from custody after her $100,000 bail was posted.

He said: "My mission is to get rid of all the people in her life that are kicking her down. I'm going to eliminate them from her life. I'm going to do all I can … not physically but I'm going to put them in a position where they can't be around her."

Dan Wheldon crash: IndyCar revises team members in probe
The Izod IndyCar Series on Wednesday revised its information about the team investigating the death of driver Dan Wheldon from injuries in a 15-car crash at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The series initially said Tuesday that the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the governing body for Formula One racing, and the Automobile Competition Committee of the United States, an umbrella organization of racing sanctioning bodies, would assist in its probe of Sunday's accident.

But "it was incorrect to state that either ACCUS or FIA are formally involved," IndyCar said without explanation in a revised statement. It added, however, that "individual members of various motorsports bodies" would help in the investigation.

IndyCar reiterated that it hoped to report preliminary findings about the crash "within the next several weeks."

A public memorial for Wheldon, who was 33 and a two-time Indianapolis 500 winner, is scheduled Sunday in Indianapolis.

Lindsay Lohan is facing more legal trouble after a judge revoked her probation on Wednesday for missing too many community service appointments.

Lohan was handcuffed in a Los Angeles court and taken away by sheriff's deputies following a half-hour hearing. A sheriff's deputy confirmed to PEOPLE the $100,000 bail that was set will be processed at the courthouse and that the actress will be released.

Lohan is expected back in court for a Nov. 2 hearing to formally determine whether she violated probation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said on Wednesday that Lohan "blew off" nine scheduled appointments at the Downtown Women's Center, where the actress had been ordered to complete 360 hours for her necklace theft case. Because of the no-shows, Lohan had been kicked out of the program.

The actress's attorney Shawn Holley argued it was premature to find Lohan in violation, saying the missed appointments were due to work commitments abroad.

Holley also pointed out that Lohan received a "glowing" report from her psychiatrist. "The report says Ms. Lohan has reached a turning point in her accountability and maturity," Holley argued in court.

The judge retorted: "Failing to show up nine times [to the shelter] is reaching a turning point in her maturity?"

Lohan also has yet to begin janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue, where she was previously ordered to complete 120 hours.

Lohan, who wore a sleeveless white blouse and her hair in a ponytail, looked calm as she was led away.

If she's found in violation at the Nov. 2 hearing, Lohan could face a new jail sentence, but whether that amounts to hard time remains to be seen because of severe overcrowding issues at Lynwood Jail.

Lohan is currently on probation for three years and was sentenced to community service after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. The actress had been ordered to complete all her community service hours by the year's end.

In June, she served 35 days of home confinement and was released early because she's a nonviolent offender and there are budgetary issues and jail overcrowding.

The news was underwhelming and disappointing to many who were also expecting an iPhone 5. There's also the fact that the iPhone 4S looks almost identical to the iPhone 4. However, there's more than meets the eye, as Apple made a number of changes under the hood to improve on performance, including a faster processor, a more advanced camera, and a new antenna design. In addition, Apple expanded its family to include Sprint and a 64GB model (finally!).

Offering more choice will certainly help Apple's cause, but is there enough to persuade iPhone 4 owners to upgrade? Read on for more about the iPhone 4S and our initial hands-on impressions--we took a Sprint handset for a brief spin just after the event--and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Processor and battery life
The iPhone 4S features Apple's A5 dual-core 1GHz processor along with a dual-core GPU. Apple says the new chipset will make the iPhone 4S twice as fast and offer graphics performance that is seven times faster than the iPhone 4's. Despite the more powerful processor, the company claims the smartphone will be able to provide 8 hours of talk time over 3G, 14 hours over 2G, 6 hours of browsing over 3G, 9 hours via Wi-Fi, 10 hours of video playback, and 40 hours of music playback.

The performance upgrades are indeed welcome. We're never ones to pass up more speed in a mobile device, and if Apple can make that happen without hampering battery life, then all the better. The promised times are impressive, but manufacturer promises can be just that. Though the Samsung Epic Touch 4G and Motorola Droid Bionic had rated talk times of 8 hours and 10.8 hours, respectively, they actually lasted a less stellar 7 hours each in CNET's lab tests.

During our brief demonstration of the iPhone 4S, the handset did operate smoothly and speedily. We weren't able to test it against the iPhone 4 in a side-by-side comparison to notice exactly how much of a boost the new A5 chip offers, but a change for the better is definitely there.

Siri
The feature that Apple touted most during the event was the new voice assistant called Siri. It doesn't completely replace the current Voice Control feature, but it certainly does a whole lot more. Basically, Siri is designed to deliver information or follow commands that you give it. For example, you can check the weather, ask for a contact's address, set up a reminder, get directions, and ask for obscure trivia like the height of Mount Everest. You speak to a robotic female voice (you can't change her identity) and access the feature by holding down the Home button.

We used it a few minutes and asked for, among other things, the next day's weather, the mileage between Cupertino, Calif., and Seattle, a reminder to book air tickets to Chicago, and information about the capital of Canada. It responded to most of our questions and commands quickly, but it flaked on finding that Ottawa is the capital of our neighbors to the north (according to Siri, she "didn't have enough information"). We're not sure why that was a problem for her; Siri uses Wikipedia to check facts, and we know that Wikipedia has an article on Ottawa.

Despite the omission, it's a fun and useful feature that we imagine many people will like. The challenge for Apple will be to fully integrate hands-free technology. You will be able to activate Siri with a Bluetooth headset (no word on if you can do it with a wired headset), but we understand that car integration is "coming." Given the abundance of hands-free driving laws, Apple will need to make Siri fully accessible to drivers while they keep both hands on the wheel. Siri will be in beta mode when it launches and will support English, French, and German. More languages will come later.

Camera
The iPhone 4's 5-megapixel camera was already great, but it's about to get better. The iPhone 4S has an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, f/2.4 aperture lens, and a backside-illuminated CMOS sensor that allows 73 percent more light than the previous sensor and should deliver better low-light performance. A hybrid IR filter is also onboard for better color accuracy. Apple also claims the new camera performs 33 percent faster than the iPhone 4's camera, and the A5 processor has a built-in image processor that adds face detection and 26 percent better auto white balance.

We tried a few indoor shots with the camera and definitely noticed a change from the iPhone 4. In addition to the sharper details, most colors were brighter. We'll have to save our final opinion until we can gauge the camera under several conditions (a sunny day, with a flash, and so on), but we like what we see so far.

Videos also get a boost with the ability to shoot 1080p HD video clips at 30 frames per second and with video stabilization. Yet, even with all the improvements, CNET digital imaging editor Lori Grunin is quick to note that while the iPhone might have a killer camera, it's no camera killer.

New carrier
Though it received very little attention during Apple's presentation, the addition of Sprint is one of the day's high points. Over the past few weeks, it was pretty obvious the iPhone family would expand, but that doesn't take away from the fact that millions of new people can now join the iOS family without switching carriers. What's more, Sprint is promising that it will keep its unlimited data plans, at least for now. That alone is a big point in the carrier's favor over AT&T and Verizon Wireless. On the other hand, we'll have to see just how the increase in data-hungry users will test Sprint's network and how the carrier's strong Android lineup will withstand the new competition.

Once we get iPhone 4 review devices we'll do a close comparison of how the Sprint models stack up against the AT&T and Verizon versions in both data speed and call quality. But at the very least, we're always glad to see more customer choice.

Connectivity
As widely reported, the iPhone 4S is a dual-band world phone, meaning it supports both GSM and CDMA. This is more significant for Verizon and Sprint customers, as it will allow them to use the iPhone even if they travel overseas. What's yet to be determined is whether the carriers will unlock the preloaded SIM card, so users can swap it out for a prepaid international SIM card at their destination. We also don't know if the CDMA models will offer simultaneous voice and data over the CDMA network. At present, that's a significant limitation of the Verizon iPhone 4.

Meanwhile, for GSM customers, the iPhone 4S now supports HSDPA 14.4, so the smartphone is capable of reaching theoretical download speeds of 14.4Mbps down, 5.8Mbps up, which is double the speed of the iPhone 4. Note that AT&T has taken some liberties with its marketing by saying it will be the only first U.S. carrier to offer an HSPA+ connection, but to be classified as HSPA+, the handset would technically need to be capable of reaching theoretical download speeds of 21Mbps, such as the Samsung Galaxy S II for AT&T.

Of course, the lack of "real" 4G support for LTE on Verizon or WiMax on Sprint is troubling. Apple has its reasons, no doubt. Battery life remains an issue for high-speed phones and Apple must have decided that, at this point, it couldn't offer its optimal customer experience on a 4G handset (remember that customer experience is really what Apple is all about). Secondly, Apple never jumps on a technology that is still growing, and it must think that 4G doesn't cover enough people quite yet.

Design
As we noted earlier, the iPhone 4S' design is nearly identical to the iPhone 4's. Aside from being 0.1 ounce heavier, the iPhone 4S is exactly the same size as its predecessor. It also features the same 3.5-inch, 960x640-pixel Retina Display with a glass back and front. One thing Apple did redesign, however, is the antenna system. The new design will hopefully prevent another Antennagate situation and Apple says to expect even better call quality.

Pricing and availability
The iPhone 4S will be available for preorder on October 7; it goes on sale October 14 from AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint in the U.S. It will come in black and white and pricing starts at $199 for the 16GB version, $299 for 32GB, and $399 for 64GB.

iOS 5
The iPhone 4S will debut with all the features of iOS 5, which is Apple's latest version of its operating system. We tackle that analysis in our separate iOS 5 First Take, so be sure to check it out. Steve Jobs, co-founder and former chief executive of US technology giant Apple, has died at the age of 56.

Apple said he had been "the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives" and had made the world "immeasurably better".

Mr Jobs had announced he was suffering from pancreatic cancer in 2004.

Tributes have been made by technology company bosses and world leaders, with US President Barack Obama saying the world had "lost a visionary".

"Steve was among the greatest of American innovators - brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world, and talented enough to do it," said Mr Obama.

A statement from Mr Jobs's family said they were with him when he died peacefully on Wednesday.

"In his public life, Steve was known as a visionary; in his private life, he cherished his family," they said, requesting privacy and thanking those who had "shared their wishes and prayers" during his final year.

Apple said the company had "lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being".

Tim Cook, who was made Apple's CEO after Mr Jobs stood down in August, said his predecessor had left behind "a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple".

Flags are being flown at half mast outside the Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California, while fans of the company have left tributes outside Apple shops around the world.

"What he's done for us as a culture, it resonates uniquely in every person," said Cory Moll, an Apple employee in San Francisco.

"Even if they never use an Apple product, the impact they have had is so far-reaching."

At the company's Shanghai shop, customer Jin Yi said Mr Jobs had created gadgets which had "changed people's perceptions of machines".

Longtime Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis has died at the age of 82, according to the team. The Hall of Famer died at his home in Oakland, the team said. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. The self-described "maverick" was one of the NFL's most enigmatic personalities. As an owner, he feuded with commissioners, coaches, and cities on his way to three Super Bowl titles. Those who grew close to him often referred to him as 'Coach Davis' — a tribute to his stint as head coach in the early years of the franchise and to his wealth of football expertise.

The Hall of Famer died at his home in Oakland, the team said. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. The self-described "maverick" was one of the NFL's most enigmatic personalities. As an owner, he feuded with commissioners, coaches, and cities on his way to three Super Bowl titles. Those who grew close to him often referred to him as 'Coach Davis' — a tribute to his stint as head coach in the early years of the franchise and to his wealth of football expertise. Aside from the three championships, Davis' biggest victory came in 1982 when a six-person jury sided with the Oakland Raiders in their antitrust suit against the NFL. The verdict, upheld when the Supreme Court refused to hear the case, allowed the Raiders to move to Los Angeles without approval by the NFL owners.

Away from the courts, Davis coached, talked, dreamed and lived the game of football. At various points in his life, he was a freelance scout; a college coach at 21; head coach of the Raiders at 33; commissioner of the American Football League at 36; and Raiders' majority owner at 47.

"He was a football guy," said former Raiders defensive back George Atkinson. "He was an innovator. Look at his rise in the world of football. That alone will tell you how entrenched he was in the sport. He did everything in football from the bottom all the way to the top."

When the merger talk between the two warring leagues began in the spring of 1966, Davis found himself on the outside. The negotiators for the historic deal were Tex Schramm of Dallas and Lamar Hunt of Kansas City, who met in a series of secret meetings at Love Field, a Dallas airport.

Yet, Davis played a significant role during his 3½-month term as the AFL's renegade commissioner. Davis replaced Joe Foss and began hustling NFL quarterbacks, putting pressure on the established NFL. At a press conference in New York to announce his new job, Davis added the words "dynamic" and "young genius" to the press release. Later, Davis would suggest that three NFL teams move to the AFL side. Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Baltimore took Davis' advice (and $3 million each), breaking an impasse.

"Al Davis' passion for football and his influence on the game were extraordinary," NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Saturday. "He defined the Raiders and contributed to pro football at every level. The respect he commanded was evident in the way that people listened carefully every time he spoke. He is a true legend of the game whose impact and legacy will forever be part of the NFL."

The only aspect of his life that Davis placed above football was his marriage. When Carol, his wife, suffered a heart attack and fell into a coma in 1979, Davis virtually abandoned the Raiders to remain near his wife in an Oakland hospital. Davis slept in a storage room, never leaving the hospital until Carol made an amazing recovery.

"Just Win, Baby." That was Davis's personal motto. Its origin is unknown but it's unlikely that Davis coined the phrase, since he rarely used the word, "baby," in his speech. Yet, Davis never discouraged the slogan. Indeed, he and the Oakland Raiders lived by it, on the field and in the courts.

Davis and the Raiders were unlike any other team in pro football. Davis was not only the owner, but the general manager and, unofficially, the head of the team's personnel department. No Raider practice was quite complete unless Davis, prowling the sideline, made a few coaching points about execution or timing.

"He loved being around the players," said James Lofton, former Raiders wide receiver and NFL Hall of Famer. "The highlight of the day for him was when he came out to watch practice. He always stood up for his players. And his players always rallied around him."

And Davis knew exactly what kind of players he wanted. He cherished a strong-armed quarterback, defenders with the speed to play man-to-man defense, and wide receivers with the ability to stretch the field. The Raiders stayed true to Davis' football philosophy throughout his tenure with the team, consistently drafting the fastest college prospects.

During the Raiders' big years, from the mid-60s to the mid-80s, Davis kept signing players who were considered troublemakers, or marginal talent, by

other clubs. Thus Davis and the Raiders developed a mystique that remained until the mid-90s. That was when the NFL owners agreed to a free agency/salary cap system that took away Davis' method of finding and signing outlaw players.

One of Davis' pickups, quarterback Jim Plunkett, led the Raiders to two Super Bowl wins in four years. Among the other castoffs who gave the Raiders the distinct look of a free-agent team before free agency arrived in 1993: John Matuszak, Lyle Alzado, Ted Hendricks, Todd Christensen, Darryl Lamonica and Ben Davidson.

"It's a sad day for us," Lamonica said. "When you think of Al Davis, that commitment to excellence was him. The pride and poise was more than just words. That was our way of life for the Raiders as we played under him."

In 1969, Davis made linebackers coach John Madden the youngest head coach in football at the age of 32. Over the next 10 seasons, Madden went on to become one of the winningest coaches in league history. Madden owns the best regular-season winning percentage among coaches with 100 wins, going 112-39-7 from 1969-1978. He earned the franchise's first Vince Lombardi Trophy, winning Super Bowl XI following the 1976 season. Madden would go on to the Hall of Fame with Davis as his presenter.

When reached by USA TODAY, Madden was emotionally devastated and said it was too hard at this time to give his reflection on the passing of a legendary mentor he has the utmost regard for.

"Not right now," Madden said, pausing. "I'm not ready for that."

Madden would retire in 1978 and Davis hired former Raiders quarterback Tom Flores to succeed him. Flores, the first hispanic head coach in the NFL, went on to win Super Bowl XV following the 1980 season. A year later, Davis took the Raiders to Los Angeles following a lengthy court battle.

"It is ludicrous to think that the NFL is a single entity when in reality we are 28 different entities who compete viciously in every conceivable way,"

said Davis after his victory in the courts. "We won because the NFL knowingly violated anti-trust laws, losing unanimously on bad faith and unfair dealings."

Over the years the Raiders went to court against the league more than a half-dozen times. Before the Raiders' move to the glitter of Los Angeles became official, the Raiders and the Los Angeles Coliseum sued the league, claiming its constitution was illegal. Specifically, the Raiders challenged the

rule that a team needed the approval of the 28 owners before it could move. The case went to two trials. The first was declared a mistrial. The testimony covered 88 days. The final verdict, which took only 5½ hours to come down, thrilled Davis and attorney Joe Alioto but angered Oakland fans. Although Davis sued the league, his victory was seen as a personal triumph over Commissioner Pete Rozelle, with whom he often feuded.

"I never really respected him, really," Davis once said of Rozelle. "I've seen him flirt with the truth too often. But that's not important. I beat him, or we beat im, when it came to good faith and fair dealing. The Raiders opened their first season in the aging Coliseum in 1982. But 13 years later, after disappointing ticket sales and a heated disagreement with the Coliseum over luxury boxes, Davis moved the Raiders back to Oakland. The Rams moved, too, signing a sweetheart deal with St. Louis that left the sprawling Los Angeles market without pro football. Davis' moves opened the gates for what was termed "franchise free agency." The owners were helpless to block the Baltimore Colts from moving to Indianapolis; the Houston Oilers from moving to Nashville, Tenn., and the Cleveland Browns from moving to Baltimore.After their victory in Super Bowl XVIII (a 38-9

drubbing of the Washington Redskins) the Raiders went 18 years before finally making it to Super Bowl XXXVII. They were routed by Tampa Bay, 48-21. The defeat was especially painful for Davis, who lost to Jon Gruden, the coach he fired the year before. Over those 18 years, the Raiders failed to make the playoffs 10 times; lost two AFC titles games (to Buffalo, 51-3 and Baltimore, 16-3), and were knocked

out of the postseason in the first round three times.

The next decade would see the franchise shuffle through a number of head coaches, none of whom could muster a winning season. In 2006, Davis re-hired

former Raider great Art Shell, whom Davis promoted in 1989 as the first black head coach in the NFL's modern era. "The important thing for this guy is to have great success on the football field as a head coach," said Davis. "… If this is an storic occasion, it's only meaningful if he has great success."

Shell would resign after a 2-14 finish. Ten years earlier, Davis made Amy Trask the first female CEO in the NFL.

"If anyone would make a bold move, it's Davis," said Shell's former Raiders teammate, the late Gene Upshaw, former head of the NFL Players Association. Over the next four seasons Davis' teams finished with losing records until an 8-8 season in 2010, Tom Cable's second full season as head coach after replacing Lane Kiffin, whom Davis fired in the midst of a very public dispute. At the center of the spectacle was Davis' decision to draft JaMarcus Russell with the No. 1 pick in the 2007 draft, who is known as one of the biggest draft busts in NFL history.

"It's always easy to go back and be critical of draft (choices)," said Lofton. "He never made any excuses. He would bite the bullet."

Davis would fire Cable next, promoting Hue Jackson to head coach. Jackson, who is 2-2 in his first season as coach, referred to the owner as "Coach Davis" in his final days.As the Raiders declined, so did Davis' health. He suffered what he vaguely termed as "a leg injury" That forced him to use a walker and to miss some of the significant testing sessions for prospects in the NFL draft and over the last few years, several games.

1. Did I tell you about my aunt Sally who got breast cancer last year and who dropped dead less than two months later?
One of the most universally despised and most common Worst Questions involves telling a long shaggy-dog story about someone else’s cancer, especially one with a tragic ending. Aunt Sally has nothing to do with anything except maybe it’s the only way the listener can relate to breast cancer at all.

But in essence, an Aunt Sally story allows the listener to hijack your right to talk about your personal experience and feelings. So just when the listener is trying to show empathy, instead she pulls the rug out from under you and steals the show with her Aunt Sally tale. Let Aunt Sally rest in peace.

Veronica, age forty-nine, from Shipman Hill, Vermont, recalls, “I’d find myself cringing, waiting for the same two phrases every time: ‘I know exactly how you feel’ and ‘This is what happened to me.’ I couldn’t get them to listen to me.”

2. What did you do to cause your cancer?
One of the most common misconceptions in our hyper health-conscious society is that somehow people cause or are responsible for their own cancers. This is simply not true. No one knows with 100-percent certainty what causes most kinds of cancer, including breast cancer. This Worst Question indicates a blame the victim mindset. Don’t fall for it. It’s not your fault.

3. How long did they give you to live?
This innocent question reflects the asker’s ignorance of breast cancer statistics and the myth that all cancer diagnoses are automatic death sentences. Sometimes people just don’t know what else to ask except to ask “time” questions — how long, how short, how often, etc.

4. Can you still wear a bra?
Oh, please! Is this a nosy and insensitive question or what? You have the Question Doctor’s permission to come up with an equally inappropriate response.

5. What are you so worked up about?
This question usually comes from the same creep who tells you that he had a hernia operation last year and he’s just fine, thanks. This awful question lacks any shred of sympathy, empathy, or understanding about what’s involved with the complexities and hardships of breast cancer treatment.

It’s the opposite of Worst Question 3. Instead of assuming a worst-case scenario, now the asker has unconsciously assumed a best-case scenario. The asker has also discredited your need to share the information or feelings that you might have been on the verge of talking about.

6. Should you be eating that?
Coming from the right person and with the right tone of voice, this is an OK question. It shows concern for your health. But if your overbearing mother asks you this question over and over again, you might be tempted to go into orbit, just to keep from strangling her. Or if Marathon Mary at work is commenting on the food on your cafeteria tray as you walk by her, you’re probably silently hating yourself for telling her about your breast cancer while also hating Mary because she claims she’s never eaten a potato chip in her life.

Want an answer to “Should you be eating that?” Try “Probably not without a glass of wine to go with it.” So there!

7. How does your husband/partner feel about this? Is he still romantic with you?
Again, coming from the right person, this can be a kind and caring question. The asker’s motivation behind this question may be purely good-hearted and an invitation to talk. But if asked in a prying, inquisitive manner or by someone you aren’t close to, this can also be an out-of-bounds question. The asker most likely really wants to know what’s going on in your bedroom.

Some people may be extra curious after you’ve had breast reconstruction surgery. Their unspoken question is likely to now be some version of, “How does your husband feel about the real one and the fake one?” If you aren’t sure about the asker’s “real question,” turn it around and ask the other person if he or she would ask you that question if you had a different kind of cancer, like lung or stomach. Their response will probably reveal a lot about their real motivations.

8. How much did your breast weigh?
No kidding. Two breast cancer survivors who live hundreds of miles apart claim to have been asked this slightly sick and twisted question after their mastectomies.

9. Is that a wig? Can I see your bald head?
Maybe you’re cool with this question and can whip off your wig as you look the other person straight in the eye and ask back, “Want to borrow my hair?” If not, any version of “no” also works here.

10. Weren’t you thinking about getting a boob job anyway?
The asker has erroneously equated your breast reconstruction surgery with a “boob job,” a breast implant surgery for cosmetic reasons. The reasons behind these two surgeries are as different as night and day. Another variation of this Worst Question is asking you about your “tummy tuck” after a flap reconstruction surgery, implying you only wanted a free tummy tuck. Come on! There are lots of easier ways to get gorgeous.

Holly Madison, American model and former girlfriend of Playboy publisher Hugh Hefner, has insured her breasts for an eye-popping $1 million.

Insurers Lloyd’s of London have granted the 31-year-old’s request for insurance coverage of her breasts in case anything happens to them, according to Metro.

Madison previously worked at American restaurant chain Hooters which led to her being invited to move in to the Playboy Mansion. As part of Hooters’ 25th anniversary, she was named among the top Hooters girls of all-time.

She has spoken openly to the media about her cosmetic surgeries, having reportedly had both a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, which brought her bust measurements up from an A-cup to a D.

Madison is currently preparing to appear in a Las Vegas production of Peepshow, a burlesque show at the Planet Hollywood Resort.

She said in a recent interview with People magazine:

Was working as a "Hawaiian Tropic" model when one of Hugh M. Hefner's friends saw her and put her on the Mansion's party list. The Midsummer Night's Dream party was her first Mansion experience. She saw lots of celebrities and centerfolds and was most excited to meet Hef, Seth Green from the "Austin Powers" movies and Heather Kozar, one of her favorite Playmates. Feeling overwhelmed, she and her girlfriends left early (but not after feeding the squirrel monkeys). After about a year of coming to the Mansion parties, She finally got a chance to really talk to the elusive Mr. Hefner. She knew they would have a lot in common and hit it off immediately. He invited her out with him on a Wednesday, and she moved in that Friday.

The 30-year-old star was spotted wearing a personalised bikini bearing her new name, Mrs Humphries, as she honeymooned in Italy with her new husband Kris.

The stunning brunette showed off her incredible bikini body in the white two-piece, which had her new surname emblazoned on the bottoms in diamantes.

"We were planning on waiting til next summer to take [a honeymoon]," Kardashian told Us exclusively at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards in L.A. "But Kris surprised me last minute!"

Adds a source of their uber-affectionate time: "Kim is the kind of bride who'd be thrilled if she had gotten pregnant on her honeymoon."

"Our honeymoon was so perfect!" she told Us at the VMAs. "We caught up on alone time."
